Prewett`s Fru Grains 500g

Delicious with milk for breakfast. Even better with a little fruit or cream or yogurt. Eat on their own for a snack. Fru-grains are unique in texture, taste and goodness. They have an unusual, crisp snappy texture and a natural fruit taste. Their high fruit and nut content helps to give you fibre lacking in modern diets.

Previously produced by Mapletons, who unfortunately ceased trading... but now produced by Prewetts and Available again.

Treated ourselves to the luxury of a bowl of these this morning... they`re slightly different to the original Mapleton`s product, the flavour and texture is the same but instead of the old flaky shape they`re now more like little balls. They seem a bit less sweet too, which we think is a good thing... oh, and the retro box has gone in favour of tough PET bag... less packaging - good, but not recyclable - bad!
